What You’ll Do

• Facilitate child-led, play-based learning experiences
• Support social-emotional development and secure attachment
• Create calm, engaging classroom environments
• Partner with families in open and professional communication
• Observe, document, and support developmental growth
• Maintain health and safety standards in alignment with Community Care Licensing

Qualifications

For Preschool Teachers:

• Minimum 12 ECE units
• Experience in a licensed childcare setting
• Strong understanding of play-based, child-led learning
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred

For Infant Teachers:

• Minimum 12 ECE units (3 units in Infant/Toddler required)
• At least 6 months of experience in a licensed infant care center
• Strong understanding of secure attachment and responsive caregiving
