Our Admission Process
- 1. Attend a Prospective Parent Tour – Families join an in-person tour to learn about our philosophy, classrooms, and daily rhythm.
- 2. Pre-Enrollment Playdate (Fit & Readiness | Ages 2+) – Children ages 2 and up participate in a 30-minute playdate with a parent or caregiver present to help determine whether our environment is the right fit before a space is formally offered.
- 3. Enrollment Offer – If the playdate confirms a good fit and space is available, families receive an enrollment offer.
- 4. Complete Enrollment – Families complete the enrollment process through our online system, including required forms and fees.
- 5. Pre-Start Playdate (Transition Support | Ages 2+) – After enrollment is completed and before a child’s first day, children ages 2 and up participate in a second 30-minute playdate with a parent or caregiver present to support a smooth transition.
- 6. Welcome to WCC – Start dates are coordinated and children officially begin their journey at World City Center.
